The iFlora web site is very user friendly but here are some tips to help you through your first purchase.
You will be able to purchase your selection on-line with one of the following credit cards: MasterCard; VISA; AMEX and Diners.
All prices are inclusive of delivery and VAT unless otherwise stated. There are NO hidden costs the price that is shown is the amount that will be debited from your credit card.
If you are ordering from another country your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's exchange rate on that day.
To purchase an item click on the button next to the item. This will take you to a screen where your orders is summarised by product and quantity. You will be require to put in your contact details and details regarding your delivery. You are able to go back and order more items or change the quantity of the items at any stage.
Once you have completed the above page you will be prompted to continue to the next page. This is the final page and requires that you type in your credit card details. This page is encrypted and sent directly to the banks, who then settle the funds.
A couple of seconds will pass (this may take longer if ordering from outside South Africa) and on your screen will appear your confirmation details. Please keep these details for reference purposes.
After a couple of minutes you will receive further confirmation of your order via e-mail.
By default you will also be emailed with an invoice for your purchase.
