Delivery Information
Flowers:
A delivery charge of R30.00 is included in the quoted price for all flower orders.
Orders must be placed by 11:30 a.m. in order to fulfill same day deliveries. If the recipient is not at the delivery address on the delivery date we shall make all possible efforts to contact them via the contact number provided on the order to arrange an alternative delivery time, although it may not be possible to redeliver again on the same day.
We are presently unable to offer a Sunday delivery other than on Mother's Day.
Orders for Saturday deliveries must be placed by close of business on a Friday.
Gifts:
Gift items need to be placed by 11:30 a.m. a day in advance of delivery.
The gift items are beautifully packaged and delivered to the door by a courier service.
Delivery of gifts is available Monday - Friday.
The cost of delivery is included in the price of the item unless otherwise stated.
Although the above stated times are necessary in order for us to process your order, we will always do our best to accommodate your order where possible. Please note that although we will do our best to meet specific delivery times, this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.
